Columbia Business School and Goodwin recently produced a mid-year update on the state of the market. This was a reflection on the predictions that were created after the previous conference.

Over the last ten years, the half-day program has become a ‘go-to’ event among industry leaders in the real estate capital markets space and draws a sophisticated audience of real estate fund managers, REIT executives, real estate investors, and investment bankers. The keynote speaker for the 10th anniversary of the conference was Jonathan Gray, Global Head of Real Estate and a member of the board of directors and the management committee for Blackstone.
